JB hanging and timing out?

I'm really sorry folks. We've had this problem with every server we've had, we've changed servers repeatedly to avoid it but I have absolutely no fucking idea what the problem is. Last time I suggested a hack of some kind to the host and they were emphatically sure it wasn't a problem. I'm still not sure but have no way of investigating other than asking the server peeps. It really makes me angry that we can't just get on and provide a service without this happening all the fucking time. I thought about a dedicated server but that's $200 a month and we'd have to administer it ourselves.

I've only had very occasional problems and this is why it leads me to think that there's some issue in particular states. WA has had way more of a problem than any other state and I'm in NSW.

I was having a lot of problems with this, so much so that it wasn't worth even attempting to read the forums anymore. (Im in WA too) I did a diagnostic test on it and it came back as a remote firewall interfering and blocking access to JB. I have no trouble whatsoever with any other websites or forums, so it was only pertaining to this website. I resolved it by logging in and out with username and password and also clearing cookies from both my computers each and everytime I accessed the site. If I remain logged in without clearing cookies, I can access the site but it stops loading the pages after about 30 seconds.

It happens with both JL and JB at the same time for me every time and lasts for about half an hour.
